FIGO 2012 will take place in the new quarter Fiera Roma, a modern infrastructure located between the city and Fiumicino international airport.
Designed by the architect Tommaso Valle, in a Mediterranean perspective and with the role of “bridge” between East and West, Fiera Roma offers exhibitors avant-garde structures and easy connections to the city, the railway stations and Fiumicino airport. Inside, an Internet site for information in real time, a travel agency and banks can be found.
How to get to FIERA DI ROMA Congress Venue
BY AIR
From Rome Fiumicino airport you can reach Fiera di Roma by the FR 1 train that stops at Fiera di Roma, by taxi or by Cotral bus.
BY BUS
You can use the bus Atac (Rome bus company) - line 808 to Fiera di Roma

BY CAR
From GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare - the Rome ring road) exit 30 to Fiumicino and then follow directions to Fiera di Roma. 5000 parking places.
BY TRAIN
From the Tuscolana, Tiburtina and the Ostiense station interchanges with the A and B metro lines, take the FR 1 regional train to Fiumicino airport and get off at the Fiera di Roma stop. Price 1 euro (the cost of this itinerary is included in the Travel Card which can be ordered free of charge via registration form).
During the Congress week, the Leonardo Express, from the city centre to the Fumicino airport, will also stop at Fiera di Roma Congress venue in the morning, prior to start of the scientific programme and in the afternoon after the last session of the day. Official time table will be published soon.
