Hotel registration Online hotel booking for individuals is now available
Following are some information about booking and accommodation. Please, read it carefully and print this page before making a reservation through the online booking system available here
Room rates are in EURO per ROOM per NIGHT. They include breakfast and VAT. MINIMUM STAY required: 2 NIGHTS
Indications about three and four bedrooms will be available on the website. In order to reserve these, it will be necessary to fill in the names of all the guests. The Organising Secretariat doesn’t make any arrangements on room occupancy.
PLEASE NOTE: the payment of ACCOMMODATION TAX is required IN ROME since JANUARY 1st 2011.
Hotel guests will be asked to pay directly at hotel desk the following amounts:
- "5 and 4 star" accommodation: EURO 3
- "3/2/1 star" accommodation: EURO 2
- CAMPING: EURO 1
- OTHERS: EURO 2
The tax is per person per night, and for a maximum of 10 nights.
The payment is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid by the guests directly at the hotel.

Hotels in the green table include CONGRESS SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE to and from the Congress Venue which will be scheduled as follows:
- 1 transfer in the morning - from hotel to venue – (time to be defined)
- 1 transfer in the afternoon - from venue to hotel - (time to be defined)
The 2 transfers will be scheduled in respect to the starting and closing times of the daily programme.

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Rome has a considerable number of 3/2/ and 1 star lodgings in addition to countless B&B, Pensions and Guesthouse. We regret if we cannot offer your requested choice due to either small number of rooms available at each budget accommodation or price fluctuations at smaller lodgings, which make it impossible to fix the costs one year in advance. We would suggest contacting smaller hotels directly through the International booking service online.
Please check carefully where your hotel is located. It is advisable to travel via metro or railway lines keeping in mind that the train stop Nuova Fiera Roma is on FR1 railways line and that Stazione Ostiense is the intersection point for FR1, FR3 and FR5 and metro line B.

For groups over 5 rooms (individual groups, agencies, companies and so on ) please fill up by telematic system the
